4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Locations: Our products are delivered to several locations in Lagos. Goods will be delivered to the nearest motor park for places outside of Lagos; it is your responsibility to make arrangements for pickup from the motor park.

• Shipping Fees: Based on your delivery location and the weight of the products you’ve ordered, shipping fees are computed at the time of checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Items must be unused, in their original packing, and accompanied by a receipt or other evidence of purchase for us to accept returns within 2 days after delivery. Please get in touch with us at store@renerworld.com to start a return.

• Refunds: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as your return is received and reviewed. Refunds that are authorized will be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.
